Patriots Acquire Chad Ochocinco
After dealing for Albert Haynesworth Thursday morning, the Patriots have not stopped with their acquisitions as they have traded for Bengals WR Chad Ochocinco this afternoon. Terms of the trade are still unknown, but what we do know is that Ochocinco has accepted a restructured three-year deal in order to come to New England.
The former All-Pro receiver has over 10,000 career receiving yds in his 10 NFL seasons (all with Cincinnati) and is well-known for his on and off-field antics. Can Bill Belichick once again tame another out-of-control player? He certainly thinks so by acquiring two in one jam-packed trading day.
